Tomi Björck is an award-winning chef and restaurant owner with four restaurants in Helsinki (Farang, Gaijin, Boulevard Social and Bronda) and one in Sweden (Farang Stockholm). In spite of his young age, he has already built a successful career working in Michelin star restaurants in Finland and abroad.
Tomi has published two cookbooks on his own (“Huippukokin Kotiruokaa” and “Huippukokin Kotiruokaa 2”) and two with his partner Matti Wikberg (“Farang – Modernia Aasialaista” and “Gaijin – Modernia Aasialaista”).
Tomi can also be seen on television, including shows like Tomin keittiössä, MasterChef Finland, MasterChef Junior, Ravintola X and VIP MasterChef.
In addition, Tomi has also provided consultancy services for Finnair and Viking Line. He has also done marketing and development cooperation with HK and Myllärin Luomu.
