Matti Wikberg is a co-owner of BW-Restaurants. He has extensive experience in making high quality food as a chef and running restaurants as an owner.
He has been building up his culinary experience for 15 years, starting with Chez Dominique in 2000 where he was the restaurateur and chef when the restaurant earned its first and later second Michelin star.
In 2009 Matti and Tomi established BW-Restaurants Oy. Since then Matti has focused his energy and expertise on building, developing and running the company’s restaurant concepts and operations and now the company and its restaurants are among the best.
